    First time brew, Coopers Australian Lager

    Just keep your fermenter busy, and the 12 weeks will fly by. do a couple of IPA's or bitters they seem to be bang on about week 6 on wards. enjoy the brewing :drink:

    I like the coopers kits, Cerveza is a nice chuggable drink, ice cold on summer evenings ideally. I leave mine 10 days in FV to finish ferment, and "tidy up the yeasties" to quote a few chaps on the board. Gonna be slower in the cold weather too! let it condition well to, tastes so much bettter...

    For the cost of a syphon kit, replace it. this will be money well spent when you get the feel for the brewing caper. :thumb: As a Coopers fan I would go for a Coopers Dark Ale or IPA and brew kit enhancer, i get my gear from my local brew shop. :cheers: But i cant help but feel the Darkside...

    im in with the freaks at work "Hellers hairy freaks". i is replete with no beard now, no hair on top of head and a bushy ' rocker ' style MO. i now also have 12 chins. :o keep up the good work :thumb:

    coopers english bitter

    i am a Coopers fan. Dark ale is top gear for me. I have 23 litres of English Bitter in my keg, so far i am unsure of this one( its my first Coopers doubt), hopfully im wrong, i want this to be good. got another IPA on the go, Dark ale next.

    Isle of Wight

    I love the Isle of wight, like Ryde, Shanklin and Sandown Beaches. The Crab and Lobster pub in Bembridge. The wishing well pub between St Helens and Ryde. And if you like Fresh Crab and lobster check out "the best dressed crab in town" . back there next June, i kor wait.

    turbo cider recipe anyone? what is the best recipe alcotec48

    i have been using Nottingham yeast, ( the use of Tanin i feel is vital ) and let it ferment out then bottling it in the 'still' state. Seems more like a traditional scrumpy style, i prefer it this way. To dry and more winey than appley, when secondary fermented. thats my opinion. keep it...

    Coopers European Lager

    I am a massive coopers fan! I have not done there European lager yet but if its like the Cerveza and IPA, it will be class. :cheers: 3 month condition does seem to get the best out of Lagers even cheap kits! :thumb:
