    warm em up to fermenting temp for a week or two. then back to the cool place. European takes at least 12 weeks to get 'good' drinking level.

    Home brew ruined my enjoyment of beer!!!!

    at £3+ pound a pint for average pub tat, think of the dollars saved. :thumb: Staying in is the new going out!! Its now just my house and not a public one. :D

    this thing they call patience really works....

    I have been brewing under a year so far, other than tweeking everything from yeast, malts, sugar etc. Patience is the one vital tool to the home brewer( yep read that some where) and its true. just keep brewing allow 2 month lead time and your on the right road. :thumb: :cheers: right i need...

    Cooper Irish Stout/ Dry Malt Extract?

    thats a nice drop, with beer kit enhancer 1Kg ( spray dry malt and glucose)and a couple of months in the bottle. enjoy :drink:

    After many kits and a few tweaks had a 'dip my toe in' AG brew this evening. its a basic, pale and crystal malt, fuggles, 5L event. there are no photos, as next to the guys on the forum its a poor show, ( volume and equipment used ) :( :nono: lets see what happens over the next 2 months...

    Is this apple juice from concerntrate? as the 1.5 litre cartons tend to be apple drink, with water and other ****. Just double check contents. if its pure get it in ya dj. :thumb:

    Coopers Mexican Cerveza secondary fermentation?

    Cerveza dont gas up to much even bottled, but i tastes much better very cold. just bottle it. nice on the 'warm' nights to come :drink:
