    Dry Hopping

    Same here, I was thinking of just chucking them in, only problem I can see would be loose hops being drawn out the tap, but then you would be better to use the tea thingy. What about dry hopping while fermenting???

    I control it by changing the height of the beer belt on the bin. Seems to work very well for me.

    Well it only worked out at around 1034. Dont mine that as I was going for a light beer. Hope it works out at 3.4% if possible.
