Welcome to the forum fella, I am sure you will enjoy as much as everybody else here very clearly does. Do try the ginger beer, it is a really nice thing to cut your teeth on (as it were). I think we are all (on that bit anyway) looking to create the perfect recipe...
Good luck with it all.
so no actual sugar at all.... I haven't seen what the cost difference is. just done a brew (cerveza) with light spray malt and standard sugar but definitly using spray malt on the next one.
yeah they are more green than brown, nice bottles though.. nearly got all mine as kopparberg now. it's is a beautiful thing having all the same bottles.
I only had a couple of clear ones but definitely avoiding them passing them on to others for them to drink and recycle or recycling as I get...
wow that's a fairly emphatic yes. Not bothered with the brewing sugar either but may give a try to the next brew.
What you putting in? 500g spray malt and 500g sugar to a standard kit?
yeah, it should be fine, as far as I know. I never bother to put mine near a fridge until I am about to drink it, so I may be incorrect. I certainly wouldn't bother adding extra yeast ever though.
If you find a nice local pub they will likely keep bottles by for you. I am finding the Koppaberg bottles to be rather splendid. Got nearly 200 after a few weeks of collecting and having a pint whilst collecting, all good!!
I do find that orange are pretty good as networks go, never any issues with signal to speak off and I gte my phone and broadband with them too and it works out very cheap indeed... which is always nice!
Honestly I wouldn't bother.
They will speed up bottling from the tap but I find that siphoning is so quick that I haven't even used my bottler.
Others may disagree but I wouldn't go to using my bottler unless a pretty good reason comes up.
Siphontastic fella!!
you won't need nay extra yeast for it to carbonate. just prime and away you go.
It can carbonate surprisingly quickly. the kits can often be ready to drink in a week.
They will improve appreciably if you can leave them for longer.
good luck, it is easier than you may think. At least the...
if you have an iphone you have to have all the software to go with it.. I would never have any apple products for that reason, the galaxy s is meant to be a load better plus it is non dependant on apple only rubbish.
Not that I have either, got an n8 for the camera, best phone cam on the market...
Hare, that makes sense actually. My interest has been piqued a little too, but I am resolved to not buying beer unless I have to.... so I will have to rely on some kind soul buying me a beer or two or you telling me how close they are.
Cheers
Sorry no but is it me or does it seem like an odd request asking on a homebrew forum about getting hold of non homebrew beers?? :wha:
you should just get some homebrew bought and try it that way.. it is perfectly tasty I can assure you.
Hello all,
I have a little time yet but I will have 5 trees to get apples from, bloody marvellous. That said I am unsure what to expect in regards to quantities of apples (and therefoe juice) and the right equipment to get things moving.
I am likely to get hold of a relatively small (tabletop)...
This dandelion lark does seem to be a slightly fussy one, what can you do when you get a light sediment?? is there a way to fix it as such?
I had the same with my ginger beer, a mouse farts near it and it sets all the sediment off.
