    Hi all, I'm going to be doing my first brew in a couple of weeks. The recipe I'm looking at calls for 1.8 pounds American 2-row malt 0.4 pound Caramel 20 malt 0.2 pound Victory malt 0.1 pound Munich malt I'm going to replace the American 2-row + Caramel + Victory with just Maris Otter Pale...

    Hi all, Going to do my first brew in a couple of weeks. I've made wine / vodka so far but never beer. Looking forward to sharing my results. I've just posted a question in the Grains, Hops, Yeast and Water board if anyone can give me some help on my first recipe...
