I want to use a yeast to give a recipe a fruity aroma/flavour. Can anyone recommend a strain or manufacturer? I hear that some yeasts give a banana like flavour; others a pear like flavour. I quite like the idea of a pear like flavour, so factor this into your replies. Thank you.
