    Who knows the next stage?

    Fermentation stopped on wed. Day 10. I have not had enough time to bottle or do anything to the cider. Will it still be ok?? Shall I transfer it to another bottle before bottling. Confused. Hope haven't spoiled it.

    Hi i put some cider on last sunday which is bubbling away nicely now. I just added yeast and no campden powder. Should I have added this at the start?? Should I add it now. Or shall I add it when the fermentation stops?

    We managed to fill a 5 gallon tank with pure apple juice this weekend. Currently I have left it in the shed wrapped in a sleeping blanket with the airlock on. I also added a packet of yeast. It is not bubbling yet. Have I done the right thing??
