hi i started my kit today but i for got to add the sugar at the start but added it 10mins later once the juice and the yeast had been added will every thing still work :(

if i dont use any tablets would it mess things up

i have got a Magnum Strawberry Cider kit it says to use hot water then top it up with cold is it ok just to use the cold water out the tap.

hi i am going to be using me videne antiseptic to sterilize my equipment today and just wanted to know what i should do

i have a fermentation bucket that i will be brewing my cider in but the lid has no hole in it should i drill a hole and use a air lock.

Videne Alcoholic or Videne Antiseptic

going back to the Pressure Barrel once i have brewed my cider in my fermentation bucket and it is in my Pressure Barrel could i bottle a few bottles when needed.

i will let you all know how my first brewing kit works :thumb:

can i use milton baby non rinse Sterilising Fluid to clean my brewing equip :?:
