Thanks for the advice Chippy_Tea and Tony started the kit last night as per Wilco's instructions - bubbling away today ok every 8-10 secs so not the quickest but ok will top up on saturday to 4Ltrs not 4.5ltrs just so can get a lill bit more flavour out of the kit I think But thanks again Ken

Hello :) I'm going to do a wine kit tonight not done a wine before but thought it a go got a cheap kit from Wilco's but have a silly/question which is? I've picked up Tesco "ashmountain" bottled water" do I still need to boil this or can I just use it straight off without boiling - I thought...
