    if drinking it cloudy wont make me ill im fine with it lol is adding pectolase a must? ive read someones blog saying its ok to drink wine thats got pectin haze because it only affects the wine visually? thanks :)

    is it ok to use juice with bits in it? it says on the bottle it's grapefruit juice made from concentrate with juicy bits (100%) thanks!

    Making wine from grapes?

    I've read a few recipes for making wine from grapes/fruit, but what I don't understand is the quantity of fruit needed. One recipe says I need 1KG of grapes per gallon of wine and another says I need 16KG of grapes per gallon. Is there a chart or anything I can follow, if so can someone link me...

    I'm new to brewing and I want to ferment fruit to make some wine, but I have no idea which yeast I should be using. I've had a look and from what I understand you can't use bakers yeast, you need a wine yeast.. so I had a look on ebay at wine yeast and I'm not sure which one I should be...
