Well this is the first pilsner I've tried, it's the Wilko one, I stuck to the rule book as I can never get lager types right, I've never messed around adding things, I might in the future

I've got a pilsner on at the moment, brewed on Sunday and is fermenting nicely, how about yourself?

So I've brewed before and had a few successful beers but a chain of bad stale brews put me off for about 12 months, I'm dedicated to start again properly with the advice from this this forum and learning more tricks and tips from you good people I'm hoping to take it from beer can kits to grain...
