    Blackberry Wine Question

    Started a blackberry wine about a month ago, started with specific gravity of 1.090, down to 1 now or just under, seems to be fermenting really quickly, is this normal? I did use a yeast nutrient. Also is it better to leave the wine to age or bottle below a specific gravity? was hoping to leave...

    Hi all, just getting into brewing but attempted a few beverages over the last few years including a few ciders, turbo ciders and got some blackberry wine brewing at the moment. Yet to make something that is drinkable though
