    Thanks for the reply. Yes I'm pouring the bottle into a glass, the trouble is that it the sediment seemed to rise and mix quite quickly (certainly before I had poured into the glass).     Evening All, I recently brewed some lager - first in a basic fermenting bin, then bottling with a bit of sugar.
