    Whats everyone drinking?

    A lovely little 5.1% IPA featuring Chinook, Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo, the first beer I've made that I am 100% happy with :D. And some Glenfiddich left over from crimbo!

    I've not tried harvesting the yeast from bottles but i do know the Belgians sometimes add a different yeast strain when it come to bottling to allow for a full on carbonation so you may not be harvesting the primary fermentation strain. You could always use what you get out and try a cheeky...
