    I have about 8 bottles of the apple and raspberry rose which i bottled back in August. They have sat in the garage ever since. It's a very refreshing summery drink so I'm going to try and leave them till next summer and see how it tastes then.

    I'm planning on doing a 25lt WOW for a camping trip August bank holiday. Left it a little late. My recipe is as follows 6x asda red grape juice 4x princes 100% Apple and raspberry juice 4kg sugar 1tsp pectolase 5 tsp youngs super yeast compound Tanin (8 bag brew) And thoughts or suggestions...
