    I have just bought a cracking piece of kit, the Ikea digital thermometer, i saw it recommended (here i think) it really is the business. the long lead on it is heat resistant up to about 480 degrees F. Techno wizardry or what. :D My mash ton is half way completed and wont take much finishing...

    Lager Kits, any ideas??

    Could i ask if this advise regarding the yeast would apply to all all Muntons Larger kits? Only i was offered one the other day, from a friend who had it bought for him and then could not be bothered to brew it, but i cant remember exactly which Muntons larger kit it was.

I was thinking of when i come to making the cooler, my mash tun is rectangular one, so would the copper cooler pipe have to be formed in rectangular shape to fit the shape...
