    AG alcohol volume

    Hi all :) I'd like to find out haw to increase the alcohol volume in my AG ale, if it's the sugar or the grain I have increase, what volume increase do I have to add to go up 1% alcohol at a time :hmm: . Thanks :mrgreen:

    Gelatin help

    Hi all i have 2 ale brew's im about to 2nd rack but i'd like to clear it as best i can, so i was goin to use geltine, if i do this and then bottle with primary sugar, can i expect any carbonation to take place in the bottle? will the yeast have been pulled out of solution by the gelatin or not...

    Batch water

    Hi just like to ask when batch spargin is there a rule saying what amount of sparge water for the 1st and 2nd running you can use, As im brewing 19 liters im boiling about 27 liters can I split the running 2 x 13.5 liters :hmm: :mrgreen:

    when to 2nd rack

    Hi all just like to ask when do i 2nd rack, after the fermenting is done or befor, i have ale on the go with wyeast, will be using gelatine in the 2nd racking but when do i rack help please :mrgreen: Thanks
