    Brewferm Diablo...?

Any one tried this? Planning to get it in the fermenter after the Tarwebier is out.

    Brewferm Tarwebier...? (Belgium wheat beer)

I've used basic sugar in mine, hope it's as pleasing as Brewferm Christmas.

    Cooper's Canadian Blonde?

I was hoping for a little bit more taste, now I know what to expect. :( Damn, it really is like that **** Coor's or some of the Labbat's range! :nono: Won't go to waste though. :drink:

    Brewferm Christmas?

I guess not! Well here's for you who haven't (probably most). Takes a while to clear, mine hasn't done so yet. No sign of clearing, been in bottles a week! Decided to try a bottle anyway. It's good, I'm happy so far and this is in the early stages of maturity. About 7.0% reasonably...

    Cooper's Canadian Blonde?

I dare say my batch won't be far off in regards to time. But if you'd care to give an opinion when ready. :D

    First ever brew...yeasty?

It is because they are kits. Nearly everything I've done (all kits) has that yeasty taste. It just depends upon the quality of the kit chosen and ingredients.

    coopers mexican cerveza advice please!

Nah, I'd be suprised if water from the airlock would spoil the brew. Boiled water used (I do)? I've never left mine 14 days, if left over ten at my room temp I find the secondary fermentation isn't too good.

    Cooper's European Lager.

I'll try that next time round. Thanks for the tip. :)

    Cooper's European Lager.

    Boll*cks! :x That's where I've gone wrong then, damn.

    Cooper's European Lager.

Tried a small bottle. As said, the taste of eggs is present. Not as gassy as I'd like, shame. Disolved just over 2oz of sugar in half a pint of water. Added this to the brew just before bottling. :wha:

    Woodforde's Wherry?

I'd like to leave mine until Christmas, though it's doubtful it'll survive until the end of November. :(

Beer fest or not to fest

There would be an awful smell, worse than the room I use to ferment in. :o

    Woodforde's Wherry?

I usually end up drinking mine before they're ready! Rehydrated the yeast? You mean mixing it with tepid water then adding that to the brew? S.G. seems a little high though. :wha: I did this kit more or less when it first came out back in the mid 90's. Very disappointed, never cleared, odd...

    Tom Caxton bitter kit

I wasn't that pleased with my Geordie Bitter, the Yorkshire Bitter was certainly better though. Seemed to respond well to a warmer temperature for drinking. :wha:

Beer fest or not to fest

I like the idea of the Woodforde's brewery! :drink:

Beer fest or not to fest

A hole in the ground for loo. :o Surely not, I'm sure we could arrange for even a single portaloo?

    Correct temperature to condition at...?

Oh they certainly are, indoor temperatures are between 17-23 degrees. In the shed outdoors, whatever current temperatures are, probably 9-18 degrees. I do find that occasionally that the brews do taste better when the outside temp is slightly warmer, sometimes the opposite. :wha:
