    Bulldog Four finger Jack American Pale ale.

    Started this one on 10th of february.. added 250 gr light dry malt, 500 gr brewing sugar. I also used the yeast that came with the kit bud did boil the hops for 60 min. (Bittering @ +- 80 ibu) . Dry hopped today with 27gr cascade and 25 gr amarillo. Keep you updated! ;-)

    Thnx guys! Summit does have high bittering % (17%+). Hopefully they don't upset the, taste, i boiled them with dry malt (after the. Hot break) .

    I forgot to tell i did pitch the yeast at 2 high temperature. But i did airate later again and added a new yeast bag and all went good then. Could it be i lost my bitterness because of the yeast activity in the beginning @ to high temperature?? :-\

    I also used the bry-97 yeast for the raja's ipa .. but inot think being a rather low alcohol and gravity one the 2 bags of 11 gr were to much ..
