at 1022 my TC is tasting very lemony, is that right?

I was going to let it drop to around 1012, don't want it too sweet

Made the TC on Friday yeast kicked in and started working sunday, had a quick taste last night, very sweet OG 1064 has now dropped to 1026, airlock is bubling every 10 seconds. Fingers crossed.

what am i doing wrong?????????? i sanatised a FV a put in 10 litres of apple juice, threw in 3kg of sugar to bring the OG up to 1064, gave it a good stir and put in another 9 litres of apple juice, then put in the yeast SO-4. 12hours later nothing no sign of life whatsoever, am i missing...

I would like to bottle a couple of litres of TC. So if i bottle when it reaches the desired FG wont it just keep fermenting in the bottle and lower the FG even further? On the outher hand if i drop in a few Campden tablets into the main batch, which will go into my new corny, and then bottle a...

BS i was very interested in this comment 'on a daily basis i top them up with more gas... because the beer absorbs it and the pressure drops if i didn't and i wouldn't get carbonated beer' do you put gas into your cider/beer every day while its in the keg or once a day only when you start...

I am a rubish yeast!!! Checked the beer 24 hours after throwing in the dry Safale s-04 not a thing going on, so in desperation moved the FV into a warm room, rehydrated another Safale s-04 and threw that in 12 hours ago, checked again this morning, no sign of life at all. With an OG of 1044...

anyone have an idiots guide to using a cornelius keg?

i am rubbish yeast :whistle: have pitched a Safale s-04 to this, only worry is that its in the garage with a brew belt on, took the temp about 3 hours ago it was at 60, seems a bit low, just checked it, nothing yet!!!!!!!! :pray:

i think it is an S30, it dips in the middle and has a hole!!!!!!!! Don't have a camera sorry
