    hi, i racked some elderberry wine a while ago but can not remember if i put pot sorb in,can i add some now ,it might be that i am adding another dose.i do not expect to drink it for 12 months. thanks for any help given :D

    i want it to seal, so it is air tight,keep the bugs out?

    i have a 5 gallon FV that does not seal, i get no bubbles through the airlock but the top is bowed. should i put some petrolium jelly around the rim to help seal ? i have one of those small rubber grommets holding the airlock and have sealed with silicone. thanks for any advice. :)
