    looking good..I would put a few in your fridge,only a few mind :D Does it look clear at this stage? It should do..I am doing a Coopers Canadian Blonde next month so good luck on yours.. I have the same bin and airlock as you but I have no tap on my fermenting bin..May need to get one

    Thanks..I weighed 3oz of Castor Sugar and used boiling water to dissolve it then let it cool down and put it into my keg.The only thing is worrying me is the FG was as 1020 which has been like that for 7 days and I could not wait any longer as it has been 15 days since I started :o I did put...

    Takes a while..I have had my lager sitting for 2 weeks and the OG was a strong 1070 and after 2 weeks it's still 1020..Been like that for 7 days..Just gave the liquid a stir and going to leave it for 2 more days..If still the same I am going to keg it. :cheers:

    Thank you.Yes I have just given it a stir..Not to vigorously I hope..I thought 85g was a bit too much maybe? I was thinking of half that? I have a pressurized keg with a C02 gas canister if it goes flat. I am new to this gas canister stuff but i know I have to let all the gas into the keg in one...

    Hi everyone.I have fermented a Woodfordes Headcracker lager..think it's also called Barley Wine.. brew for 14 days now.The OG was 1070 so pretty strong but after 14 days it's got to 1020 and that has been like that for 6 days.The temp of the beer in the bin is stating 20/22c now but was 16/18c...
