    That was the first beer festival I have been to. I only had my first taste of real ale in September and made my first ale in October. I am still learning what ales I really like, but so far only brown ales have disappointed me.

    7 day wine kits?

    I bought a 7 day wine buddy kit and it was undrinkable from a taste perspective. It fermented fine, cleared fine, no taint or anything. It was just rubbish.

    Oh, this looks good! I will be checking my local tesco for this tomorrow. I was googling this afternoon looking to buy concentrated syrup, but the will do nicely instead.

    Do I Over Prime?

    I would say that's quite subjective. If you like it better having reduced the sugar, then yes you were over priming. If you prefer it with more gas, then no :)

My better half loves Wychcraft, which is labeled as a blonde beer, but it seems nigh on impossible to buy. I am planning on brewing 20 pints as per the instructions using one...
