    I don't I have a really bad back problem I tried it crippled me for 3 days so I can not physically do this . I honestly can not see it make a difference My wines are not oxidising at all . I do try and give it a little shake but that would be as far as it went .

    I have 3 gallon clearing another 2 gallon of red grape and cranberry and a bit of concentrate from frozen just done . I'm sat here just having a tester and ! must admit it is better then any shop brought reds I have ever tried truly amazing . I'm not a red drinker but this stuff is so moorish...

    My mate stitched me up on the Irish Poteen yesterday got me real ****** and I really want to repay him . He loves a drop of the cider now my thinking is a turbo cider with the strength of wine . Would this high alcohol affect and make the cider undrinkable also how much sugar do you recommend ...

    I've been using a spoonful of Jiff lemon and that works fine so I cannot see using the juice of a lemon will hurt . Alas though I'm still new to the homebrew stuff so know very little

    Dandelions are in the fields now so a dandelion wine or even Dandelion and Burdock . Be warned do not mix the Burdock roots with Hemlock or you will be dead within a few hours unless of course your after the inheritance lol . 4 pints dandelion flowers 2 lbs 11 ozs granulated sugar...

    If a recipe ask for 850grms of sugar would this be the same for cane sugar . I have been using granulated but had a big bag of cane giving to me and someone told me it was better for homemade wine is there any truth in this

    Looking good I myself have only been doing this a short time but I have enough booze to get half my town drunk . I think a big BBQ will be happening by the end of the year so we can all try the wines
