    Branded Growlers from iKegger

Interesting thanks for the tip with the attachment for the spear will keep a look out - would the fermentation be a pain to maintain to temp with the double walled stainless steel (hard to cool/ heat the liquid to the correct temp)

    Branded Growlers from iKegger

They look good - I have a Grainfather branded one 2 Litre with the swing top type close - useful for any beers that come from the keg a bit too lively to let it settle and for taking for trips away etc. and they do keep the beer cold and fresh for a while The tap attachment is that from iKegger...

How do you track your brews?

Excel Spreadsheet here too 🤓- keep a log of the brews and some basic info (Volume/ Time in Fermenter/ Kit Cost etc) and notes and a small screenshot of the Tilt readings on each row. Also keep a vague track of overall kit spend and volume made and some links to useful online calculators

Best Malbec Kit for a first timer?

What equipment do you use for the Elderflower shampers? The instructions say it's better to start an open bucket and then rack to a second container and to keep at a constant 20 - 25 for the whole duration. You need to degas which I've always used a wand attachment on the drill - handy bit of...

Best Malbec Kit for a first timer?

Would also go with WinExpert Classic Chilean Malbec - made that in the summer - came out as a very decent 13.5% wine - about £53 so not as cheap as other kits but well worth the upgrade https://brew2bottle.co.uk/products/winexpert-classic-30-bottle-chilean-malbec

    Buying on Ali Express

What did the tracking say? On the mobile it didn't give me much info but noticed on the PC I had more info and it showed it in customs for a while before moving to Langley and then to my local post office Best of luck and hope it turns up soon
