    Just got the two caxtons bottled ..funny the original yeast came out strongest from 1035 to 1002 (4.4) and the brupack 1035 - 1008 (3.8) However , the brupack, when sucking through pipe tasted bitterer (which is what i like) now just got to wait for two to three weeks to try!
