    Sweetening with splenda tablets

    Going to go to Sainsbury's later to get some splenda and theres a really good deal on the mini tabs from a dispenser. Each tablet is equivalent to 5g sugar. Do they seem like a good idea?

    Hi, My first batch of mixed berry turbo cider has matured and ready for bottling but it's a bit too dry. What's the best sweetener to use as I understand dumping a load of sugar in it will just reactivate the yeast and blow the bottles. Thanks

    best way to mature

    once cleared and racked is it best to let the wine mature in a demi with a rubber bung for say a month or more before bottling? or should i just whack it straight into bottles. cheers from a real novice
