    Lager question (newbie)

    I currently have 30 pint bottles of coopers lager in my fridge and according to the instructions, this Sunday it will have spent the recommended 2 weeks in the fridge. Can I then take it out and put it in a cupboard and refrigerate and drink as I want? As I'm keen to start my brown ale kit?

    Ok I'm a cider and lager man at heart but I do have an acquiring taste to Newcastle brown so I got this to try it, I'm just going to use brewing sugar as you can use this or the enhancer.     Attempting wine making

    I have made a few lager brews and now I would like to try red wine. I have no access to a shop so have to order online so obviously I have no shopping assistance or advice.     Pressure barrel

    Hi everyone, new guy here confused about pressure barrels! What way do they actually work? Can you make beer and put it into it and add sugar to carbonate it and just pour it as you want? Or is it just for storing beer untill you bottle the beer? I'm a newbie so I don't want to jump into gas etc...
