How long for second fermenting?
Hi all, I have put my coopers pale ale in a pressure barrel for a week now for the second fermenting stage. I read somewhere that after a week put it in a garage or similar but can't remember how long for before I can drink it. Also the garage might not be as cold as a fridge so do tap it...- chrisb76

When to use the hydrometer?
Hi all, I am brewing coopers Australian lager with 1kg of sugar as my first try. It's been brewing for 4 days and the airlock is hardly bubbling. Should I use the hydrometer now for the next 3 day or leave it for 7 days then use the hydrometer? Cheers Chris- chrisb76

Double bubble airlock advice

Double bubble airlock advice
