Regular.
Back in 1994, while youngest son was just a bump. Self, and the bump carrier, picked loads of elderberries, which ended up as 5 gal elderberry wine, and 1 gal elderberry port.
Have just been bottling the last aged gallon!
One bottle will be part of son's 30th birthday present.
Last bottling was when he was 21.
It now tastes, more like an excellent sherry. 9 years ago it tasted like good sherry.
Gone are the tannins, and the red colour. They've stuck to the demijohn walls, over the years. Leaving a golden wine, and black demijohns (previously clear glass),
