I’ve had an MYO lager kit in the FV bucket for 16 days, brewed with a pilsner yeast and finished @ 1.010 from 1.060. Stayed at 12c in the garage all through the ferment.
Not sure if it is better to bottle it and fridge as required or keg it and let the cold weather chill it in the garage ready for Christmas. What would the collective advice be?
