I'm going to try doing the GH book's Milkshake IPA which includes peach puree added at SG 1.020.

But any ideas where to find peach puree? Sainsburys and Waitrose only do frozen peach and nectarine slices which I'm reluctant to use as they include peel, and various peach "flavour" purees contain sugar and a cocktail of other additives. Is there another ready-made peach puree that I've overlooked?

Blanching fresh peaches and liquidising them seems easy enough, but is there a risk of introducing some infection?

Or should I just use frozen mango instead?

Any thoughts appreciated.

Google "peach puree"...you can get it for around £10/kg,it's in sachets and used for making peach cocktails.
Oh, I never thought of Google. That's what I meant about added sugar and a cocktail of other additives.

I highly recommend the Boiron no added sugar purees. Most other purees have 10%+ added sugar, but these do not. I've not tried the peach but the mango and passion fruit ones were excellent.

That looks much better, thanks. I see they have UK wholesalers for the blood peach and white peach, so I should be able to track something down around London.
