Back to Home brewing after 10 years out. Im essentially starting all over again as I've lost most of my knowledge... I used to brew kit beers and made some absolutely stunning beers. I now live in a motorhome so will be down scaling it to 10 litre batches. I'm wanting to get into BIAB... I also used to use 5 Litre mini kegs but I've decided to upgrade to 12 litre cornys...
