My name is Matt. I got the homebrew bug whilst working in Singapore and developed friends in the microbrewery/craft scene. Came home and started experimenting with Mead initially before moving into beer. My wife is from Burton On Trent originally and I've produced films for the National Brewery Center, so keen to understand the heritage of brewing.
