Watched my dad make beer when I was a kid.
Started making my own from kits as a student 30 years ago.
These days I make variations of a partial mash that I have adapted over time.
Also just introduced my teenage son to making ribena wine. I call it prison hooch, him & his friends call it 'regret wine'
