Cheers Lee, that's appreciated, will prob just leave the wall mounting and just affix regulator direct to tank, just thought it would be similar to co2 where could pick up a connection hose to wall mount. Thanks again
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. I've got a 30 70 hobbybrew cylinder and mixed gas regulator (kegland) for doing stouts etc. I'm looking to wall mount the regulator. Can anyone advise on a suitable hose which is compatable to link the tank to the regulator...
Thankyou, that's great, yeah it's 19l cornys and did use some co2 to seal the lid to just over 10psi and seems to be holding pressure. Yeah longterm would like to go with the tank for co2. Can the malt Miller mini regulator be adapted to use soda stream etc do you know? Also once beer carbonated...
Hi,
I'm just using cornys for first time. Am naturally carbonating and have a pressure guage fitted. I have a bulb co2 injector for dispensing when ready but considering getting one of the mini regulators which also take 16g co2 bulbs. Once fully conditioned is it a case of releasing pressure...
Hi looking for some advice please. Currently just started a fermentation for first time in a SS Bucket buddy fermenter (plug in temp controlled fermenter) . Have got an S type airlock on it. It's in a cold garage and working well and holding temp and fermenting as should. Plan is to dry hop in...
Cheers Clint, really appreciated. Excuse my ignorance as never used the inkbird, does a digital thermometer go into the brew and the other plugged into the heatpad? What heatpad do you use if don't mind asking and is it very low temps you are brewing in. Cheers
Hi, looking for anyone with similar experience. Due to expanded family my brewing has moved to garage. 😂Brewing 4Ol batches. The issue I have is fermenting as garage in winter is regularly around freezing. I used to ferment in bucket in water bath in house with aquarium Heaters which worked...
Hi, looking for some advice please. I've recently moved from a 25l Klarstein with no built in pump for recirculation etc to a 50l model with a pump built in. Previously I would just manually recirculate and have the kettle elevated on a table to brew and just dispense into the fermentation...
I had a very fast ferment with an S33 yeast a few weeks ago, bubbling the airlock like crazy for less than 24 hrs then stopped as did my gravity reading but took the advice to be patient and raise temp slightly and it actually dropped to a suitable fg in the third week.
