1 gallon of 'experimental' - 1 bottle of Youngs (abve) fully fermenting (mish match of hibiscus, apple, grape and berry made up with advice on fruit level)
1 gallon of Youngs 7 day Cab.
1 gallon of Richards red.
1 gallon of Ribena wine + (mixed berry juice , raisin 250g and banana (1 mashed).
