hi all brewers
i've just joined the home brew forum.
i started brewing beer & wine, over 25 years ago.
i like a :drink: of home brew, i've got over 30 gal's of wine on the go
as well as 15 gal's of beer.
iam from tameside,ashton-under-lyne.
i like to :party: at week end,or at least have a :drink:
you all sound like a lot.

Hi moley
it's sap2out, from home wine making.
I will be starting 2 gal's of wine soon :hmm: what recipe should i use.
it will be two separate recipes, :nono: one for each gal of wine.

Hi moley
i've just put a gal of tea wine on,and a gal of five alive citrus fruit wine on.
both wine's are fermenting very well.
just put one gal of coffee wine to clear this week,should be ready to :drink: friday.

wine list:4 rice&raisin,2 vimto,6 coffee,2 banana,1 black forest fruits,3 elderberry,
1 orange&honey,3 blackberry,1 tropical fruits,4 wild raspberry,3 blackberry&elderberry.
I love it when it's time for picking wild berrys. :thumb:
