I am downsizing and need to get rid of my brewing equipment both beer and wine. It is all free to any member who can use it.
I have:
11 clear and two brown demijohns.
Various bubble air locks.
Hydrometer.
Thermometer.
A 5 gallon fermentation bin.
A 5 gallon pressure barrel .
In line filter unit
Electric thermostat.
Plus ancillary equipment such as corks, cork inserters, crown corker, etc

This was my attempt at a Utopian style beer using (mostly) British ingredients.
Grist is UK Munich, a touch of Simpsons Imperial (which is like a super Munich), a touch of Carafa Special 2 for colour, and a touch of Melanoidin. Possibly a bit too busy which I'd addeess in v2 (see below).
Colour on Brewfather was estimated towards lower end of the style, so I boiled down some of the first runnings to caramelise and increase the colour. If I was to rebrew I'll probably drop this and the melanoidin and do a decoction.
Hops are Fuggles & Herefordshire Goldings.
Yeast is WHC Einstein.
Overall, I'm really happy with it. Perhaps just a few changes to make it a little less intense.
