So who's growing chillies 2023?

My chillies have grown quite well but, I guess because the weather has been pretty rubbish, the plants are only just coming into fruit.

First time we have planted anything, chillies, toms, cucumbers, they are bearing fruit but slowly as you say because of the weather

I just tried one, i cut the end off stuck my tongue on it and got the heat then i gave it a chew jesus that is seriously hot, my mouth is on fire, i remember on the packet it said 60 to 80 thousand on the scoville scale

What colour are the flowers?

I used to grow 2 plants.
1. Pot Black - Compact and could be grown in basket. Purple Flowers, Purple then Dark Read chilli when mature.
2. Hungarian Black. Same sort of Size as Ring of Fire/Cayenne. Again purple flowers and fruit until they mature red.
