Keg coupling and adaptor advice please

Hi i have a few questions if anyone can help. Im about to build a kegorator or keezer. 2 tap.. i have aquired 2 x 20l kegs that are tall and thin like a corny. Ive hunted the internet and i think they are american sankey s (im in the uk) can anyone confirm if this is correct for me please?

then secondly do you think i would be better to buy the correct coupling for the keg? Or i have seen these and quite like the idea incase i later add cornies to my collection. Also think filling may be easier as dont have to keep removing the couplings non return valves etc.....anyone used these? Advice good or bad? Do they hold pressure ok or is it like fighting with a pressure barrel to hold pressure I have already managed to remove and refit the spears pretty event free.
