Hi Everyone

I've just started brewing and I am already hooked! I've started with the kits but fully intend to get more adventurous!

My first batch of St Peter's Ruby Red is conditioning nicely in a pressure barrel. I have no idea what it's going to turn out like but I can't wait to try!

Welcome from one newbie to another...you can't be in a better place when you want to know anything about brewing...the guys (are there any gals brewing???) will put you right.

I also did a St Peter's Ruby Red been bottled about 8 weeks...tried one over the weekend and was not to happy with the result...it's just not "got it" another reason why I want to get back to AG.
