    Get a scrap filing cabinet and steal an oven tray. Seen one work. Stunningly simple. Google "metal filing cabinet smoker" Hot or cold smoking and loads of change from £50 to buy malt & hops 😉😉

    Co2 is lower pressure, else it dissolves into the beer and makes it gassy. Nitro mix does not dissolve so can be turned up, for dispense.

    In that case you were bang on with +2°c. That and a rouse is the standard first step for a stuck fermentation. Watching with interest, cos 70c mash makes me twitch. Tasted 67 and thats too thin imo.

    Bottling & prep is so very much an individual thing. Lots of ways to speed it up and slow it down. I enjoy these threads, they often range all the way from the bizarre to inspired.
