    SG increase?

    Hello all, I have a nectarine wine on the go with chopped fruit that was frozen, I am using a TILT hygrometer and following the initial drop in SG it’s risen from 1.047 yesterday to 1.052, would this be the sugars releasing from the fruit or the pulp possibly? Thanks
