    Pressure valve leaking

    Hi folks, I just tried injecting co2 in to my pressure barrel, trouble is it's slowly coming back out at top, not sure why. It's fairly new valve too. Any suggestions please?

    Mangrove Jack's American ipa abv issues

    I recently done a MJ ipa with an extra MJ malt extract booster, used yeast it came with. Og 1.040 yesterday's was 1.012 so roughly 3.6 abv, was hoping for higher, could I kick-start it with dextrose to raise abv? It air lock bubbled for a few days before coming to a stand still.

    Elderflower wine question.

    I started brewing elderflower wine last week, I think I made a mistake, after filtering in to a demijohn after 4 days, i added yeast, no pectolase, as it reacted with natural yeast? So its just sunk to bottom and very little bubbles or fermenting happening. Can it be recovered? Please help

    Rhubarb wine

    I have got 5kg of rhubarb to make wine, what I am wondering is how much sugar to Use? I have seen recipes for 1kg Rhubarb to to 1 kg sugar, thinking do I just times mine by 5? Also how much can I expect to make in Litres? Never done this wine before.

    Coopers English ale question

    My Coopers English ale is due for bottling today, Is it ok to Keg half and bottle half? If so what about carbonation? Or should I just bottle full batch?

    Newbie, with Beer engine question

    I have been considering getting a beer engine, I am not sure how I would connect to my plastic 5 gallon keg, would the pipe connect to keg tap or use a special top with tube access? Cheers

    give it a day or two

    I started a Muntons premium pilsner a week ago today, The froth is slowed down air lock never really go going , air escaped elsewhere I think. just done hydrometer reading it's saying 1.010. Should i give it more days to drop lower?

    wine very active after 3 weeks

    I have a few different wines on the go, Nettle wine, Oak leaf wine and grape and peach juice wine, all have been fermenting for 3 weeks now and don't seem to clearing or bubbles slowing down. Should I force these to stop and clear or just let them take their coarse?

    Air escaping

    Started my first ever Beer brew yesterday, problem is air lock is not bubbling, I think air must be escaping from elsewhere, I have a hole for air lock and one with a bung for heater,I have tried rapping cling film around to make it air tight but not sure it worked. The brew itself is bubbling fine.

    Please recommend a yeast for Pilsner

    I have just ordered a Muntons premium Pilsner kit, this is going to be my first effort at brewing beer, could you recommend a better yeast than the one provided as I hear the one it comes with is not the best. Also any other tips would be welcome. Cheers
