Living for the last seven years in France, those are good choices. One thing I will say: those Gordon glasses are horrible to serve beer on tap in! Worked as a barman in a brasserie serving Gordon on tap in those...horrible. But thanks for the reminder....good memories of that place.

Moved on to the Lidl Steam Brew German Red. A little sweet for my tastes but I'll plod on through!

Moved on to the Lidl Steam Brew Imperial IPA. A lovely easy drinking, doesn't taste the 7.8%.

Some of my adulterated Geordie Winter Warmer, bottled at the beginning of October. Still a bit thin but should be perfect for Christmas

Lidl's Steam Brew Imperial IPA. Fantastic stuff, to be fair the whole range is. Especially given it is 1.29 Euros for a 500ml can. They put them out once every year or so.....I stock up. The stout is incredible.
