23L of I'm not quite sure what... 😂
It started as a TT Landlord clone but I measured 90g of black malt instead of 60g.
So it's gone into the fermenter as if TT Landlord had been reimagined by Arthur Guinness 😂

Trying a drop of my first all-grain brew, a generic IPA all-grain kit brewed just shy of 5 weeks ago.
Very pleased over all, a bit hazy and the head looks like soap suds but it tastes pretty good.

I'm listening to one of my favourite albums tonight. Cate Bros. by the Cate Brothers Band from 1977. I'm sure most would see this as very dated but I love it. 😊
A great song. I'm not sure if you are familiar with Kyron Bourke, a Dubliner based in Belfast. He covers this regularly with a jazz/blues kind of vibe. He has a gravelly Cohen-esque voice which I think really suits the song.
Thanks for putting me right on that @YeastFace. That explains a lot. I wondered how you guys had time for anything else whilst you were churning out 100's of litres per month! 😊
Why bother mounting it in the leg?
Just cut the kettle lead leaving a short tail beyond the back of the Braumeister and put a set of Neutrik power connectors inline.
They are twist lock so you simply disconnect the longer section of lead and leave the short section plugged in permanantly.
Thank you, I will. acheers.
I found the Braumeister part of process very straight forward I must say. athumb..
Oh and the motorcycle scissor lift that I bought after reading your review and recommendation is an invaluable piece of kit!
